本研討會歡迎校內外藥學相關專業人士及學生報名參加，請於指定期限內填寫本報名表。

This conference welcomes pharmacy-related professionals and students from both within and outside of TMU. Please complete the registration form before the deadline.

注意事項 Important Notes

◆ 請準時出席，並遵守會場相關規定。Please arrive on time and follow all venue regulations.

◆ 如需取消報名，請於活動前七日通知主辦單位。If you need to cancel your registration, kindly notify the organizer at least 7 days prior to the event.
